Built to celebrate Peter Solberg's 2003 WRC driver's championship title. The most powerful production Subaru with 320BHP as well as driver’s control centre-differential (DCCD) to chose where the Torque is sent via a switch mounted next to the handbrake allowing the driver to chose a sharper cornering turn-in or more stable straight-line running. The system defaults to ‘automatic’ mode whenever the ignition is restarted. Other upgrades for the WR1 were the 18inch Prodrive alloys, driving lamps, stainless steel mesh grill, and anthracite STI interior.
