First registered in March 1938 this Series 2 Saloon shows only 6 former keepers, believed to be original paint and upholstery although we cannot confirm this.
The Series 2 had a production run of 2 years and helped the Morris 8 become the best selling pre war car in Britain. Aided by the higher specification that its rivals (mainly the Ford model Y) with electric windscreen wipers, hydraulic brakes and synchromesh on the higher 2 gears.
Owned by the current owner for 5 years, stored in a small collection in a heated garage. In the sought after 2 door sedan format.
Sold with some previous old style brown log books.
