Tastefully upgraded using period correct group 2 wheel arches, front driving lamps, headlight guards, rear reversing light and 10 inch mini light wheels in a throwback to the MK1 and MK2 mini's rallying history.
In very original condition with matching numbers to the engine as well as correct 1967 date stamps to the wiper motor and rear boot latch. These factors along with the correct boot floor brackets and original 4 vent sills lead us to believe this to be its original body shell, very rare for a 1960s mini.
Sold with a heritage certificate confirming engine number and chassis number are correct as well as the original red and gold Brocade interior including headlining.
Finished in Tartan red with contrasting black roof. Supplied new by Car Mart in Cheltenham on the 1st of march 1967. Showing 9 previous owners, owned by the current for 7 years. Believed to have been restored around 10 years ago with a fantastic level of skill and attention to detail.
Also fitted with upgraded sound system using period correct style head unit and hidden audio under the rear bench seat in a 'Stealth' style almost undetectable to most inspections.
