Description
Starting life in 1977 as a Brooklands green MGB Roadster before being the subject of an extensive professional conversion to the car available today.
Converted in 2012 to a Rover SD1 derived V8 engine now in 4.6 litre form, fitted with Edelbrock 4-barrel carburettor and stainless steel headers, a bespoke stainless steel exhaust, new oil pump with a remote filter and an oil cooler all mated to a new clutch and 5-speed gearbox as well as a 3:70:01 crown wheel & pinion to the rear end.
Painted in Giallo Yellow with body modifications including MGC bonnet allowing space for the larger carburettors, debumper, fitted roll over bar (fitted but still allows the convertible top to be raised and lowered) slightly lowered suspension and saab ronal alloys. Recently fitted new interior, hood, heater and replacement parts to update the appearance to match the new powertrain.
Sold with a large folder detailing works carried out, invoices and other records.
