Description
Launched in 2002 the 147 GTA took hot hatch to a whole new level! Fitted with Alfa Romeo's illustrious Busso engine the 2.5 litre V6 produced 246BHP mated to a six speed manual gearbox. Widened from the standard 147 to take larger wheels and tyres to both cope with the increased power and accommodate the larger brakes needed. Also fitted with a GTA bodykit, interior and other styling and suspension upgrades. Only 5,029 GTAs were sold worldwide with only 186 left on UK roads.
This example was first registered March 2004 and finished in Ross Alfa with contrasting black leather interior shows 91,000 miles and has been upgraded by the current owner to include the following. Larger Ferrari 360 throttle bodies, carbon fibre intake plenum and intake pipes, induction kit, Ragazzon stainless steel exhaust system, remap, large 330mm Brembo brake discs, quaife LSD and uprated anti rolls bars.
Sold with a history file including stamped service book with 11 stamps including cam belt and water pump changes in 2014 as well as receipts for other maintenance and servicing.
