This car registered on 28th of March 1994 is the later facelifted version released under Fords’s ownership of Jaguar gave the car an all new 4.0 straight six engine, outboard rear brakes to replace the troublesome earlier inboard solution, a uprated ZF automatic gearbox as well as aero and aesthetic styling upgrades
